A beloved southeastern regional brand with a recent IPO and regional growth strategy, Bojangles’ wanted to elevate its guest experience and amplify its distinct product offering.

 

Tesser designed an impactful store and guest experience around the brand’s signature items; such as highly visible biscuit preparation in the “biscuit theater” located directly behind the order counter and a prominent display of their freshly prepared chicken. The overall look and feel successfully balanced Bojangles’ proud southern heritage with a clean sophistication. It also positioned the brand well to grow from a super-regional brand to national one.
