Solution: Tesser dove deep and came up with a new identity and clean, sparkling restaurant design. Signaling the freshness and quality of the food and establishing The Shrimp Market as a premier food court concept. A cool, contemporary art package features product close-ups to highlight variety, while an open display holding fresh shrimp on ice creates the feeling of an open-air seaside market. After making a splash in its first year, the rapidly expanding concept is doing swimmingly!
